Through artistic excellence and a commitment to connection, conductor Sarah Pearson is redefining how orchestras engage with their communities. Her work bridges performance and purpose—creating powerful, shared musical experiences that resonate both on and off the stage. Based in Cleveland, Tennessee, she is the Founder and Music Director of the Cleveland Orchestra and Chorus of Tennessee, Music Director of the Cleveland Pops, and Assistant Conductor of the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA). Her work as an Professor of Music further reflects her dedication to cultivating artistry at every level. Sarah’s growing national and international presence includes engagements with the Buffalo Philharmonic, Anderson Symphony, Blue Ash Montgomery Symphony Orchestra, New Symphony Orchestra of Bulgaria, and the Lviv Philharmonic. Following her Carnegie Hall debut in 2024, she returns in 2027.
