A visionary conductor grounded in both musical excellence and meaningful connection, Sarah Pearson is based in Cleveland, TN. She inspires musicians and audiences alike with technique, presence, and purpose.

Sarah is the Founder and Music Director/Conductor of the Cleveland Orchestra and Chorus of Tennessee, Music Director of the Cleveland Pops, and Assistant Conductor of the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA). An Adjunct Professor of Music, Sarah blends artistry and teaching in equal measure.

Recognized locally and internationally, Sarah has appeared with the Buffalo Philharmonic, Anderson Symphony, Lviv Philharmonic, and made her Carnegie Hall debut in 2024—returning in 2026 Sarah Pearson. She is represented by Vida Art Agency in Zurich, reflecting her growing global footprint.
